How can I contact you?

The fastest and easiest way to contact us would be through email at support@shopbdawn.com or through our CONTACT US link.

If you're contacting us about your order, please include the order number!

Can I request a restock?

When an item is sold out, there will be a "REQUEST A RESTOCK" button to submit your request. You will then be notified by email/text once the product is available. Please note that restocks are not guaranteed as they're fulfilled depending on vendor availability and the amount of requests for restock.

What is your return policy?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase (which we hope you will be!) we offer a 14 day return policy on unused/unworn items. Please visit our RETURN POLICY here for more information!

What is your shipping policy?

Our goal is to ship your purchases as soon as we can! Generally we try to ship the same day if your purchase is processed by 3pm PST. Although we're a growing small business so it can take up to 3 days to process and ship. You can view our SHIPPING POLICY here for more details!

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this time we do not. As a small business, we're hoping to be able to provide that option soon!

Can I pick up my order if I am local?

At this time we do not offer local pickup, however we do provide free local delivery within a 10 mile radius of our location. There will be an option at checkout if you're eligible!

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google/Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Shop Pay Installments!
